I was having problems with mine revving itself between 1-1400rpm. Cleaned throttle body (stopped it sticking at high revs) and new cable from wests renault, easy to fit. But it was still revving it self. Just changed the sensor on the opposite side of to the throttle body (think its map sensor?)...
Should be pretty rapid! Car sounded weird before hand also.
Out of interest why didnt you leave the 438's in and turbo it? Or does it just not work lol
You shouldnt need to run camber bolts, there is a slotted hole on the strut to allow camber adjustment.
And 1.5'camber up front is standard as far i know, thats what i run at. NO tyre wear really and it handles nicely!!
Angle grinder is the best way to Remove a shock :)
Looks good mate, is this a sign your getting old?
Also if you want to sell your cage to get a full dash dodger I'd buy that one, perfect for what im looking at. Just a thought :)
When i had white wheels i swapped from OEM pads to DS2500's. The amount of break dust didnt really change, but the brake dust was alot darker.
There is other pads out there for cheaper than over good breaking, the mintex pads are supposed to be pretty good.
Lets hope so! In realitly they havent done that much hard work but since i got home from work ive been out and inspected all 4 for the listed problems.
They are still ok :) lol
Yerr i was gutted. The guide made a lot of sense reading it after doing it :p
Ive done mine pikey style, i dont like the door locking automatically so i always have it turned off so didnt bother and put the 12v where one of the buttons was :)
I dont have aircon and pretty sure my rear heated...
It was dark and i was fed up. I will rectify the tape as soon as i can be bothered :)
So cup heater controls are ok? As Mine seems to work ok now after i connected the heater tubes up properly lol.
Thankyou for the guide also, the pictures wouldnt work on my phone so i went into a bit blind...
My hazard button is taped in, First attempt we plastic welded the button together, second attempt I used no more nails and stuck it together again :( it doesn't help im so inpatient.
This. I got mine at the same time as Rhys, brilliant tyres. Ive done very similar to the above use and mine are still good to go! Cant wait to wear down the Parada Spec-2's so i can run the RSR's full time on my car.
*I also dont drive as hard as Rhys as hes a nutcase.
