Is it possible to wire two of the same wires leading into the 12v plug? If that makes any sense.
If so i could have one each side of the hazard switch for symmetricalness!

After the above pics it was treated to a £10 wash inside and out near the station, i hate cleaning it!
You can put just the top half in, have a look at LewisTaylor 's white ph1 on here, he had done it. Felt proper spacious to sit in and the whole dash/dash frame does weight a little bit.
cheers, suprised you spotted my mini hacksaw! Problem was on my old dash the wires ran all round the tubes so i had to do some cutting of the dash to get it out. How ive done it now is much better imo.

Yep, on the ph1 it goes from like 1oclock to 11olc**k but the cup it goes 7oclock to 5oclock if you get me.
Sure theres a resolution for it :) my heater tubes didnt fit to well either bit of a gap inbetween the join so it blows on your feet alot, duct tape will sort this :p

Spur of the moment thing, cup interior came up for sale under a mile from me and i knew my mate wanted my flocked dash.
SO yesterday i ripped out the ph1 interior.
Dash ready to be dumped,
Then this morning i took some finished pictures of the fully wired in PH2 cup dash and front door...
Yep :) spur of the moment thing. Only thing that isnt working is the interior light adjuster, but that doesnt work with the cup or ph1 switch so think thats just broke.
Everything is plug and play from a cup. Will have to look into the switch from a lower spec car.
Cup heater controls dont work to well btw, as the dial turns the other way to on the ph1. Give me a shout if you want a hand :)
Also did you get the ph2 metal frame for it? makes it much easier to do.
Will the heater controls from a 172 cup work with my heaters in the ph1? It doesnt matter about aircon as i dont have it.
Also will i be able to fit the handle/grab bits with the window controls onto ph2 door cards?

I had raceland coilovers on my car, then apex springs.
The racelands were more comfy and they are the crashiest things ever.
Eibach dont even look like they lower a car imo. The apex how ever do.
Half decent 2nd hand coilovers an option and just lower it slightly?
Spax allow camber through slots, my geometry was set up properly until recently.
Its now set using my phone and a spirit level app. I got the tracking checked and it was 2minutes out on one side.

Always get asked if its a 182, when its obvious its a ph1.
Also been told several times that a certain company can remap the 182 to over 200bhp.
I always go along with it.

In summary with the ktec induction it made 185bhp and 160lbft of torque roughly.
Before cams it made 162bhp, on different rollers though. The original rollers aren't available any more as the company went...
