My 2005 Mk2 PH2 has the AC'd glove box. I think you'll find the ones that are 04 on with the slight revisions i.e. alloys digital fuel and temp guages so have it.
Think i'm gona have to wait untill next semptember, i'm on my dads insurance currently and will be taking the car over fully in september and taking out insurance in my name on it then, got a years ncb i can use off my scooter so, if i manage a claim free year i should be able to get something...
It looked stunning 53 plate in blue was very clean, must say they have must more road presence than a 172ff imo they just look more agressive, full fats look like a dynamique imo not that i would say no to one though love them but the cup made me look twice.
Saw it at the top of my close...
"cheap car insurance for new and young drivers" "we take into account ncb from scooters or bikes"
my quote at 17 6 months licence , 1ncb from my scooter on my 55 plate 1.2 16V.
£2500 tptf
What a rip could get a 172 insured for not much more than that.
Who here has an air conditioned glove box?
My car has the hole where the glove box can be air conditioned blocked off with a blue cap. My car is a 2005 extreme 4 same spec as the campus sport.
A lad i know has an 8v campus with optional air con and his glove box is Ac'd.
Is it simple a...
I got 90 from 2.1 gallons which is about a tenner, that was driving pretty carefully in a my 1.2 though, but with it being 50% extra urban driving its pretty good
lamba sensor? best to take it to a garage somethings seriously wrong mate, worst mpg i've ever had was 28mpg and that was in traffic jams etc around town, only did 30 miles aswell over 4 days using the car every day so was very short trips etc, getting 41ish now on mixed A,B motorway and urban...
Just got my new laptop today. I had limewire on my old pc but didnt care about it getting virus's etc. Which is the safest program to use, I may not use an atall if the risks are too high.
Thanks
Brett
Well i wouldnt go that far lets face it you drive a high performance 2.0 16v car. If you swapped for a dci 80 for instance you would be seeing 55mpg and saving £170 a year on tax and got knows how much on insurance. Thats the way the government wants us to go and they are getting there way with...
Good spec on it. Awful asthetics. Should have kept normal steering wheel, no stupid rev counter, standard bumpers, nice alloys lovered on coilies, full colour code and the jobs a gud'n
had the back go and i hit a wall, because it was a left hander and it spun towards the wall and as i put full opposite lock on to get out of the skid the front corner hit the wall. Bumper,Headlight and wing £570 = lesson learnt
I felt like this after havnt my car for a week or two but now i dont care so much. I drive pretty much the same places all the time as most people do any driving isnt enjoyable in any car doing that so theres no point in me changing my car, and also its the best car i can afford at my age. After...
The should have made the 197 cup a proper cup because i can see there being very little differnce between the 179 cup and an r27 except that the R27 is speced a lot better.
Just an observation but why sell your 197 for 12-13K after taking a bit hit in depresiation. Then buy a trophy for 10K you have only free'd up 2-3K and you will still have car payments.
Get a polo bluemotion (non AC model) 99g/km of CO2, its in band A which is £0 per year road tax, i don't know how thats fair that they get to use the roads for free but thats our government for you.
What happens if everybody gets a band A car, who maintains the roads then?
well if i could afford to insure it i would have it off you, although personally i'd want it for a bit cheaper more around the £3750 mark because the value of PH2 172's and 182's are droping quickly.
