its a regular occurence for me, like many have said before, what is the point in buying the car for performance, when you dont fully use it? VA VA VOOM!!
I have been a very stupid boy and managed to get Super Glue on one of my 17s!! DOH! Whats the best thing to remove it? I have tried white spirit with no success, I am now thinking a spot of petrol but think this probably will also not work. HELP??
Last year as a present from the mrs I did a Ferrari Driving Day, this week she tells me she has tried to book me in for some of the circuit Ferrari Driving etc. Only to be told that I am too tall, (about 6ft 2.7in). They refuse anyone over 6ft 2, and if on the day you are slouched in the driving...
im not being funny, but my 172 Mk2 has done just shy of 32k, the car is driven fast and hard on a fairly regular basis (this includes a lot of fast and hard braking over a period of two years), the car has been serviced at Renault Dealerships twice now, and has never had any disks or pads...

I basically want to sell my Private Plate and purchase another one. But what is the best way of doing this? As I understand there is an £80 transfer fee? Do I sell my current plate and then pay £80 to have the new plate (when purchased) on to the car? or is...

i had this, but mine was smelling of rotten eggs :sick: , i took it to Renault Woking and they pulled the ORIGINAL filter out and replaced it, then asked if the car had been serviced, to which i responded, "Yes, twice at Renault Liverpool" fekkers!!
i have done both, Mk1 is easier as you dont have to fiddle with the trim plates and its comes off easier than the MK2. Quite easy, just loads of screws all over the place (quite obvious), need to remove A pillars and all of the plastic surround around the steering wheel, then pull the dash...
i was wondering this as I have just bought a new set of 17s and having them fitted at the end of this week, but i figure if i keep them clean then there is no reason for any damage, so long as i dont get stupid in the snow (done that before).
