I'd disagree with a supercharger at 250bhp'ish. It's torque that kills boxes and the turbo delivery of power on a standard box / engine will give trouble.
I've done a year with mine, about 4k and numerous track days and had zero issues.

So, a few niggles appeared this weekend.
First up, seems the drivers window button has broken, meaning I can get the window down but not up. After much faffing, I got it up. Anyone know if I can swap the individual button or if it needs a new "console"?
Second, the repeater for the indicator...
Just to add my opinion. Which is little as it is identical to what Dave has said above.
It was a great weekend, worked well in my opinion and offered pretty much something for everyone. Well organised, good, sociable bunch and I'll certainly be back next year.
I do pretty much most things on mine. Except the belts. They aren't' the easiest of jobs and if you get it wrong it is more than a little frustrating.
Being abroad does complicate things though. Sadly, even with the correct tools and the guide, it isn't easy to do. Else we'd all be buying the...
With all due respect, if you're asking if you can just change the dephaser on its own or not, leads me to say a belt change and getting the timing right may be a bridge too far.....
