It is the less hassle route.
The only real downside compared to a turbo in terms of reliability is the charger will let go at some point, and compared to the Turbo you can't rebuild them. So another Rotrex is about £700 - £1k.
Oh, and less torque. But i'm more than happy with my 250bhp and 220...
Ha! Who said i'm any good.
Right, whats everyone's Gamertag. Mine is Colonel Cub
I'll be on Friday evening about 6ish through most of the night (wife is away!)..........
I'll quite happily link up on line and play through some of the MCC with you man. And i'll also be getting Halo 5 today.
I am a proper Halo fanboy. Was the game that ruled the house when I was at Uni. Old habits die hard.
Standard brakes will be fine if you don't stay out on track for too long in one stint. It's best to head out for 15min bursts, come back in, let it cool down then head back out for 15mins, than do 30 mins continuous for example.
Just keep an eye on spongy brake pedal etc and the fluid boiling...
Is it standard?
If so, then you won't have any problems at all. If you do, something is wrong. The tyres and brakes will be on fire well before the engine overheats on track.
Lol!
Nope, for the gearbox rebuild I had, including. diff fitting I use DaveMacProps / Corby Motorsport (Coventry).

I use Jamie Packham at J-tech automotive for everything suspension related, Dan at SJM for engine / power and RS Tuning for mapping.
That is an extortionate amount. You can sort it cheaper with a pump and ECU off a car being broken. Swap both out and get it all recoded.
@Dan@SJM and @MicKPM are the men best placed to guide on this....
