Why ?! Far better to leave it for a month than do that. Oil takes 15+ mins of driving to get near operating temp. All you'll be doing is filling the exhaust with water.. blah blah.... If you're concerned it won't start, take the battery off. Make sure you can get in to the car again without...

I'd probably start with some tripple or very mild polish on a microfibre cloth and just do it by hand, if it's clean and they're just leftover marks.

@ OP.. Why ? Do they need replacing because they're worn out ? I've had the Hankooks on a Clio and Impreza and I thought they were fab. I've had some awful budget tyres (Infinity?) which snap oversteered unprovoked in the wet at 20mph and I've had other budgets, Hero I believe they were on...
