Now how can I clean this wheel?

At a guess that's been thru the local cheap handwash and been sprayed with some strong stuff ? It looks like the surface has been eaten away. Give it a spray with some wheel cleaner and use at least a bucket full of elbow grease. Then give it a wash with car shampoo, rinse, and dry it.. If...

Why is this a direct copy from the link ? Then you go on there to say you have a different issue ? What is your actual issue ? A thread title with the issue is far more useful for you, others trying to help and people with an issue in the future when searching.

    Detailing Chat & Questions Thread

Sorted a friend's daily out yesterday. Gave it a wash as it was absolutely caked in giant bird crap about a month ago which he'd left on FAR too long (some on the roof had crazed/eaten the paint!!).. When the paint was wet, we could see some blue/yellow sparkles until it dries out and it went...

    Gigi the Gordini’s thread

You mean the lazy basterds didn't do a sim-opp template for the RHD market ? It originally signifies on race cars where the driver is, so in the event of an emergency the marshalls know which side of the car to aim for. Peel them off and stick them on the RHS

    Key blade cutting

I'd like to advice you that just calling you a fat cnut isn't advice. However, advicing you to not leave your keys in your car as you lock it, you fat cnut, is some great advise. HTH.

Starting out on my own - cleaning cars for money !

I've been out of work for about 18 months now, and nothing at all is making me want to get back into an office (if that's even a thing any more). Since I had my first Clio, some 12 years ago, I've been into cleaning it 'properly' - no yellow sponges, leathers, or sloshing buckets of dirty water...

    Car insurance question

Phone your current insurer and ask them ? I'd rather have the 12 banked (with savings) and find an insurer that will multi-car it tbh.

    Battery drain

A few weeks ?! The alarm will be working.. might not be using much but multiply that over a months worth..... If it's dying in a week or less, I'd say it's worth investigating. 2/3/4 weeks ?! Trickle charger as above. I have a NoCo one.. does the job. Plenty to choose from - find one that...

    Dab home stereo options

Maybe you've got sky or virgin ? I had 'internet radio' on my Denon AV amp.. Then they took it away and you have to pay for it. It was only 128kbs which sucked, so I listen to 6M via my Virgin cable TV box, with no TV on obvs, thru the amp. Everything goes thru the amp. It has a Spotify...

    Car Alarm Woes

RTFM. On most cars since the 90s, there's a signal somewhere that tells you what triggered it rather than guessing. If the cars not done a lot for a few months, it's possible that it's main battery is on its way out. And then you've started it and stopped without any driving, so a chunk of...

    What have you ordered? *Detailing*

I have ordered a bunch of stuff. And then over edited the fook out the photo :ROFLMAO: Interested to try the SBSD and maybe a combo BSD/C2 as half of CS seem to get squiffy over it. Currently absolutely pouring out so won't be for a while.

    Air conditioning system - recommission

Plenty of companies that come to you to test/fill/repair systems. For the sake of the £50 they charge to do it, it's not even worth worrying about trying to regas it yourself. These guys did mine last year.. Used to design full aftermarket systems, before it was mainstream in everyday days...
