I wouldn't worry too much about the mileage buddy, 1*2's seem to cope pretty well with it providing they've been looked after (history is quite important, especially cambelt/aux belt changes. I've had 3 a 172, 197 an now a 182 trophy which I brought to get some money out...
Some cracking looking photo's there, loving the black an white effect. Where can I find the race calender for the CSCC an what sort of costs is it to view?
Wipers off because you have to remove the plastic scuttle panel cover to gain access to strut tops. I did this job on the floor an was a right w**k job!
I understand there race dampers, I haven't had the car long an the dampers were inspected by a company Sheffield last year when the old owner had it. There's no sign of leaking, I just want them refurbed. I would by new but after speaking to t21 ads a few months ago when I was picking some bits...
Well I've had my trophy a few months, just whipped off the sachs for winter an dropped so me 182 cup dampers on. Now over the winter the trophy is going to have some tlc (new balljoints, poly bushes an some powder coating). Now I'm thinking of having the sachs refurbed/serviced, now I see alot...
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
Have any performance figures been released yet apart from bhp (i.e 0-60), what is the origin of the engine? is it a new renault built an designed lump or borrowed of another manufacture?
I've got a spare alloy, only put it in boot when off on a big trip like when i went ring. Take it out when you get there, saves any hassle if you write a tyre off dealing with breakdown services an there crazy overpriced mobile tyre fitting!
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
I'm not sure, some shots I see I kind of like it but the photo above it kind of looks cheap, especially on the wheel font in my opinion. Shame there not making a manual either, the paddle shift would put me right off, its the kind of thing that in years to...
Thats another option but each to there own an I can see why the lad wants to do it, boosted clios are fun. Plus were all different, thats what makes the world interesting
I don't get this thread, you want to do a turbo conversion on a clio sport right? You have a clio sport right? You have found a resonable priced kit you can afford right? Looks like you sir have all the ingredients to build a boosted clio so why go to the trouble of buying another clio. You own...
I remember seeing the thread that I linked, had a look for guide but can't find it. Its easy though, I whipped out the centre console for more room. Then if you look up from drivers foot well theres like a plate that the motors are fitted to an I think from what I can remember its held on with...

This thread contains some pics of the possible fault which may make it more clear for you
I had a similar problem on my old 172, turned out to be that where the damper motor fitted into the heater box was damaged. The damper motor is fitted with a male toothed gear, this fits in a female fittment on the heater box which controls the flaps for hot or cold. Its quite common for the...
