Right.... The noise is alot louder when the car is cold (first start), as said a rough squeaking noise.. Which goes away when you press the clutch down, then all you can hear is the dead clutch release bearing! When you rev the car it almost sounds like an electrical interference noise/the...

Whoops! LOL.... GSF do the discs any cheaper? When I brought rear 172 discs, they where Renault ones, all in the "real" boxes!

That sounds about right... 1120 was in the fully tensioned position!!

that is the belt length if you bypass power steering.. My piece of string tells me 1120ish LOL?!

They do make a noticeable difference (depending how badly the standard ones are).. Mine where shocking LOL!

Good result on the RR! Mine made 181 BHP and 161 LBF last year, with a set of Angel works inlet/plenum... But still with the aircon. The biggest gain is still the weight, Go-kart FTW!!

Had another look this morning... the noise noise increases when drive to an almost constant squeak, It has been like this for just over 1 week and seems to be getting worse.

When the car is ticking over (more so when cold)... there is a rough squeaking noise every second, increases slightly under load?! Also the clutch release bearing seems to be getting worse :( sounds like stones in a blender when the clutch is dipped ggrr!

Are all the engine components painted or powder coated? Also what is that heat-shield material you have used?
