Is the car a 197? The brakes benefit from an annual strip down and greasing. The surface rust on the discs has nothing to do with the binding.

As people said, the 172,182,197,200 etc are all lab tested engines and the PS... Whatever that is, so the 197PS is 194bhp. But being naturally aspirated, and French, you'll rarely see book power. Likewise, the turbocharged meganes, 250,265,275 etc usually make over book power when dynoed...

That seems suspiciously high. Standard, These usually make between 180-185bhp and torque should be 150ish. Is it cammed? Obviously you can expect the odd strong engine but still Thatd be around 192bhp
