what exactly is the point of street view? maps i get - they help people find their way about, but why would i want to see what is on a street apart from the 'hey thats cool...' factor? Not trying to be negative, I just cant understand what the value of it is past an amusing gimmick

i think joomla gets recomended here a lot, however i have not used personally.. could be worth a google! I'm not aware of any design packages that will control your domain/email whilst also doing your website (though im happy to be corrected) however domains are fairly straightforward to set...

stretch and resize are the same, i think they just renamed it for some reason in vista. just put equal numbers in stretch and it will keep proportions, if you don't like it you can always press undo
