Now that most UK networks sell the iPhone I would like Apple to sell the new handset as a sim-free device rather than a PAYG version per network, this would surely make more sense now if paying full rrp for it.
I considered using o2 and then I read the t&c's and was slightly put off. They seem to indicate that the value you actually receive will fall drastically if the handset is anything other than in immaculate condition. I've used Mazuma in the past so will either get £227 from them for my 3GS or...

Having said that it proves nothing if they have cloned a stolen handset with the IMEI number of a identical but broken one.
You have bought it in good faith so you will not get into trouble but they will clarify for you if the handset or the IMEI it is displaying has any issues.
