Its a great series, I know they enjoy and have done for many years. They have just got a wide arch DC5 so it should be fun to watch, I am hopefully off to a few endurance races in europe with them next year :)
Doesn't really warrant a thread but some of my shots from The Britcar 24hr race in Japanese performance Mag this month. Sorry the picture size is massive, not sure why considering I took them on my iphone :S
If only I had the money..

Were the two previous owners your grandparents?
Seriously though, pop some wheels trims on it or nip down to your local breaker and pick up some cheap alloys! This should improve looks.
:)
Yea I have known Nick for quite a few years and helped with a few of his shoots. Great guy I met him up at ace cafe, he has got lighting painting pretty spot on with most of his shots.
Total bargin!
I am about to sell my 306 gti6 setup off the front of my 106. As I am going to go back down to 14" wheels and use 206 gti brakes, drop me a PM if you are interested.
Good effort chip! How did you light it? One thing I tried and failed at was runnin a LED strip light aolng the car and follow the lines of the car. I will give it another go one day when I have the time.
Check this guy out his stuff is quite good -

Re: What the fcuking fcuk??
I have followed this all day at work and I have just caught up with and I am in tears of laughter! The girlfriend doesn't seem to understand why I am laughing so hard... CS has done it again with another amazing thread. I don't think I am going to be able to use ebay...
Some of the shots look good.. panning takes practice and lots of. for me I think this is your best shot -
Once you get the hang of it try even slower shutter speeds. I don't normally go above 1/100 when panning, but keep trying and be willing to waste lots of shots getting it right.
What...
Fantastic job :)
Fancy doing mine lol... Mine is cherry red and looks like its been attacked by a wire brush I know I am hardly going to use mine a show car but the swirls drive me crazy.
I think it's wrong to write off third party lenses. I have been using a 70-200mm f2.8 tamron and it's super sharp and hasn't skipped a beat I bought it brand new for 700 ish and I hired a 70-200mm Nikon f2.8 vrII and I can honestly say I am glad I didn't pay he extra cash. The Nikon will excel...
I am down for this however I think I have played golf once..... and that was only hitting balls at a driving range lol! So please don't judge me on my golfing skills.
I Think it had a catback system and that was about it, I think it terms of that event it wasn't the best but for some of the tarmac events it would probably do quite well.
