In my 182 the whole rear loom runs up that side. Locks, lights, speakers, fuel etc.

All different. Different heating system = different loom etc. Done the one in my 182 last month and it was a total pain in the arse.

Surely if you change ECU/UCH and the key then it should start off it's own steam?

Measure the bit on the subframe that the bush goes between. Maybe it is slightly bent? Or do all 4 subframe mounts not fit?

Good read. But to pick up on a point they made “ The plate must be MADE OF retroreflecting material “. Plastic isn't retroreflective. It's the backing that is sandwiched between that is so on that basis I guess you could also argue that the backing of pessed plates is also retroreflective...

No where in the VOSA gudies does it state what material a plate needs to be made from. Take it to an MOT center, if it has BS AU 145 on it then get it stamped and post it back to the police. Or go in and have a chat with a senior traffic officer and ask them to show you where in the law it...

Are you guys just buying new ones? Powerflex have a lifetime warranty so will replace any damaged bushes. I have a revised kit on the way FOC as the purple ones looks ever so slightly oval.
