I took the door cards out yesterday to put some soundproofing in. When Id finished I had a look at the door pins to see how easy it would be to change them for metal ones. It seems you would have to cut the old ones off to fit the new ones. Anyone here tried this?? Cheers Rick

I think the older ones look awesome, especially the P1 with the dark blue paint and the Anthracite wheels. The new ones do look a bit weird, I dont know what they were doing when they designed the front lights!! Rick

Does anyone know if the new DEH6400 is any good. Its the one with the Indy Car and dolphin animations etc. I was thinking about getting it but In the latest Revs, they did a test on the MP3 equivalent and slated it. Failing that can anyone recommend a decent HU for around £200. Cheers Rick

I dont know about the newer models but definately on mine you have to cut it off with a knife. Even after that youve then got to get this stupid plastic thing off that goes over the top of the gear stick. I had to use a hacksaw on that! Rick
