MSA Battery Isolator Wiring, where to find ECU feed to wire into?

Easiest way is to patch into one of the wires coming off the ignition barrel. Which one depends on your cut off switch. What type is it?

    Camshaft profiles.

422 and 423 just need springs, but due to the lift+duration you need pistons with cut outs. 420,421 and 428 use std parts. 551,2,3 need springs plus solid lifters (or at something extra anyway). I thought it was interesting that the 197 profiles are different even with out VVT...

    Clio 172 cup rear bias

When I took my 172 cup for its first MoT when it was 3 years old, Renault were just as useless. Firstly they said it needed new calipers. Then a new compensator as the bar was missing. In the end when they'd had another in with the same issue. They realised that was how they were supposed to...

Club racing bit of advice needed - mk1 or mk2?

Assuming the mk1 has a lighter shell I'd say it probably has more potential. You may struggle for spares/upgrades though I don't know how much is available. I've often thought a mk1 would have been a better starting place.

    Toastfrenzy's Tin Top, some say...........

I am the exact opposite of you lol. Cadwell and Snetterton are a PITA for me. Rockingham, I won't be ready. Donnington busy and Oulton busy but may be able to wangle it. Autumn Trophy, possibly. I'm going to do some CSCC races too as the dates/locations just happen to be better for me. I'll...

Cub's Flamer - Supercharged, Cage etc

Re: 'Cub's Trackday Flamer - Cage etc' I'm going to try lol. If I can make it look OK it will be a far cheaper way of keeping the racing car looking vaguely respectable. Thanks for the offer, you may regret it. I've done a few bits so far and the mistake I keep making is cutting the bits too...

What rad for cars with ITBs?

I think so but I'm not sure. I'll check later. You could also go down the electric PAS route. That seems popular at the moment.

Cub's Flamer - Supercharged, Cage etc

Re: 'Cub's Trackday Flamer - Cage etc' Bodies, ditch std electrics, wrap plus various other minor bits. When I built it originally I did the minimum needed to comply with the MSA safety regs for racing. Now I'm making it a bit more race focused.
