You can get them for less than 40 from traders on here.
It is how long they last compared to the cheap ones I expect. The NGK ones have interval of 5 years 72k miles.
If you get them adam/renault wolverhampton in the traders section they're only 40 quid each and come with a new gator.
Some people have managed to find the correct length ones, but you will probably need to take the old one to try them out.
I did some research on the Lemforder ones and they...
Good update. There's no way I'll be able to keep up with your new mods ;)
I was planning to do Combe but have a load of work I need to do and have been thinking I might skip it. But I don't really want to miss it as it is nice and local for me so hopefully see you there.
I'm also planning...
Glad to see it's all coming together James.
I'll see you at Donnington in August and Oulton x2 fingers crossed.
I'm thinking Donnington in October too.
Before changing the uch I'd check every earth has a good connection. There are 4 or so under the dash, 2 at the rear and several in the engine bay.
I recently had a problem where wipers were always on, turned out to be an earth issue.
Cable ties, it's all in the name ;)
I was thinking of doing my wiring all in one colour but your pictures have scared me lol. I can't wait to see the front of the panel!
Great work as always.
I have 2 spare engines lol. I also have pic that seems to show I could get it out from inside no probs.
I have some of those (can't remember the name either lol) I'll give it a go. Thanks.
The sheath the dip stick slides into has snapped off at the block.
Can I get it out without removing the sump? There is nothing proud of the block.
I assume I can get a new one from Renault?
lol.
Mine's white too. Next time I have the dash out I will be painting the bit just behind the windscreen matt black as the white still reflects through the vents in the dash. You don't notice at speed though and the rest of it is fine.
I also have a cartek isolator and it has been fine -...
I notice there is a race of this series at Pembrey this weekend.
I passed a car on its way there on my way home.
Looks like ktec are quite involved, providing the suspension and ecu.
Any one been to one of the races? I don't know if this is the first weekend or not? Looks like they are out...
Mine went to the tip. No one wants them except you lol.
If you were a member you'd be able to try some of the people who are breaking them in the for sale section.

I'd suggest giving Paul at RS Tuning a call about the std ecu with the cams.
People used to say it couldn't be done with 421s and now it seems to be no problem so you never know.
