Changing the tax disc in an alloy holder the other day. Was trying not to drop the screw down the vent. Ending up dropping the allen key instead. Feck. So is it lost forever or is their a way of getting it back? Cheers

Wife bought a 182 FF with 1 1/2 Cup Packs (front splitter missing) lol for 4.2K in December. Done 65K. Had to have both belts and tensioners done last month. Managed to get it done from Reno for £550. Its in excellent condition.

Managed to get it on yesterday with the help of my dad pulling the engine forward. Cheers

Just use a jubile clip.

Cv had come away from the hub on the 182. Just packed it with some new cv grease and fitted a new clip. Messy to claean up.

I've had both DS and DS2500 on my Fabia. Found the DS good but did get them to fade a couple of times on the road.. I'd go for the DS2500's.

I've used Halfords 5.1 for a few years before going to Super dot 4. For what your saying halfords should be ok.

Are 182 failed an MOT due to a insecure CV joint. Really messy cleaning the old grease off and then putting some new grease in.

After some help please. I'm replacing the above on the 182. Got the old one off no problem. However when trying to fit the new one I can't get the bolts to line up. Looks like the bottom of the engine needs to move back 2 or 3mm. Is their a trick I should know? Cheers

Guy I know runs these on his fabia for trackdays. Depending on how much track time I can get in the next year probably buy a set for the fabia.

I went to the dealers yesterday to pick up some new rear discs for the the wifes 182. Discs including bearings already pressed in are around £100. Pads are around £40. For the extra cash I'd rather go to reno.

Thats the reason I went to Super Dot 4. Got fed up changing the fluid every 6 months.
