If you're buying a 10 year old car that's been bought by people to be thrashed about, then you're going to have to be prepared to spend money. I thought I bought very wisely and it's still cost me a few quid. But once things are done, then I should be good to go for a fair while.

The foam is useless anyway. Depends how far you're normally going if you want carry a spare the whole time. I'd take one I was doing a longer trip but around town/to a mates/to work, I'd probably just risk it and leave it at home.

Apple charge the networks a lot for the handsets. So the networks try and make money in other ways. Tesco have more money than all the networks, so they do what they want.
