Maybe people are getting confused between 595 RSR's and normal 595's?
I had the 595 road tyres and they're great for daily use,
but got shredded on a track day, but they are cheap and meant for normal driving.
Then you've got the proper 595 RSR semi slicks which cost a bit more because...
Nice, steering wheel needs one of these though.

Those of use that were teenagers in the 90s took these cars for granted because they were everywhere,
not to mention the fact that 99% of them were modified in the worst possible ways
and driven by people that would be described as brain dead chavs these days.
Fast forward 20 years and they're...
For that price i'd want it to include an actual live Dinosaur.
Not a Velociraptor though,
in reality they were covered in feathers and only a bit bigger than a Chicken.
The thing is though if people are willing to pay 3 times what the parts are worth without researching them first,
then all he's doing is making money out of morons.
Is he actually saying anything in his adverts that are blatant lies?
I have memories of my Mum's Mk1 Fiesta being roomy,
then I remember I was a child so I didn't take up much space.
Although I had a Mk3 Escort as a stop gap while in between Golfs,
with the back seats down I got two adult German Shepherds in the back with room to spare.
Latest episode.
Takes a while to get going but still enjoyable.
If you don't know anything about the Crusher Camero this short vid tells you a bit about it's history.
You don't see them in that condition very often,
although tbh I don't like Cortina's beyond mk3's, Mk1 & 2's is where it's at.
Mad to think a car that big only has 61bhp,
it's almost unbelievable that they were designed to be family cars
and carry 2 adults a couple of kids and a boot full of...
My Mum's Mk1 was the same colour, Canary yellow,
I was taken to school in it for years.
I really love Mk1's they look amazing, the mad thing is at the time they were everywhere so they everyone just thought 'meh'.
I'll just leave this here. :o
I know you probably don't feel very lucky,
but the fact that it's only going to cost you a wheel, tyre and one strut is a miracle,
could have easily written your car off.
Also most of the uprated race and aftermarket parts for the Mk1/2 Escort will fit a Capri,
so for a few hundred quid you can turn a bog standard shed Capri into something that handles quite well,
relatively speaking.
