Not really mate you've done everything that's affordable, beyond that you're talking cams and ITB's,
plus your BHP figure will be differ depending on what rollers you use,
you can go to three different places and get 3 different figures.
You should see 170ish at the flywheel with that lot.
I used this stuff.

Sounds like you've got two separate issues, worn mounts causing engine/manifold knocking even on slight corners,
and worn ball joints/tie rods/track rod ends causing wayward handling.
At least they're not expensive fixes.
Trackdays are hard on a car, I went on one and my exhaust hangers...
That doesn't mean they're not f*cked again mate.
One thing I will say, I polybushed my arb bushes as they were knackered,
i'm now going through a set of ball joints a year, the polybushes just transferred the stress to the weakest point,
which turned out to be the ball joints. :dapprove:
I'd say veering under acceleration could be tie rods, track rod ends or ball joints,
the braking issues could be sticking callipers, or the whole lot could just be down to tracking/alignment.
If your engine and box was twisting under acceleration it'd bend your driveshafts,
and trust me you...
If it's leaking from a bolt you can fix it yourself,
I had one pissing oil on mine, a little silicon under the screw head sorted it,
the leak never came back.
Have you checked the engine for movement?
I had all kinds of knocking from the engine and exhaust manifold on old standard mounts,
as soon as I polybushed the dog bone and changed the engine mounts for K-Tec/Vibratechnics mounts,
it all stopped.
Yeah it's good to catch up mate,
seeing you makes me want to get pissed in a field again,
not in this weather though f*ck that, I had ice on the inside of the windscreen when I got back in the car.
Just dawned on me that the 'No quibble guarantee' the bar manager told us about,
was basically him apologising for the food before we'd even started eating. lol
Yep i've got the same, only does it when hard turning right,
although it's only a matter of time before I get the full blown bearing rumble all the time.
Every car i've bought i've insured on the spot,
piece of piss especially if you get a quote from them before hand,
then it's on their system and they get you insured within a minute or so.
Might win best non Clio. ;)
Plus at one point I didn't know anyone on here either,
I went to CSS 12 & 13, got pissed, threw up and now I know sh*t loads of people. :D
Nice little car.
I was just about to say it needs lowering and some decent wheels,
but I see you're sorting both of those, I prefer the Comp's over the oem's.
