I have a couple of lanbswool mitts for the paint, one for the wheels and a crappy Zymol sponge for the arches at the moment - I have OCD though ...
AG Engine and Machine Cleaner, Megs Super Degreaser or Megs All Purpose Cleaner - APC 4:1 or 10:1 depending on which comes to hand first.
Dress the plastics with Bumper Care Gel and jobs a good 'un
Some earlier versions don't allow you to place a .psd file in for the water mark, border and require it to be a a vector eps. Actions to resize etc have been around since Photoshop 5 and work pretty much the same.
Zymol Sponge, Schmitt, both have the problem that they are just a sponge in both cases, tried and gone back to Lambswool. Fine on wheels and the shitbox daily drive.
Should be fine on small dents, the guy that I use does 80% of his work now using hot glue technology from the front of a panel. Slighty different system to the one in this thread but uses a similar principle.
