Nooo, don't buy that kit, be way better off with genuine or one that sideways Danny sells. Also the white exhaust putty is shut and probably half the problem. A bad gasget on the manifold side shouldn't blow that much that it's louder than the exhaust.

Never had a problem to be honest, key is to not put it back on with the tool. Just a bit of oil around the seal and then as tight as you can get it by hand.

I unplugged the lambda and the eml was on all the time. I then clearer the code and got an Rs tuner remap and never saw the light again.

has anybody seen the source sounds demo car in sheffield? its a 1.6 with a complete ph2 v6 body kit and it does look great. the jl audio amps in the rear are designed to look like an engine

me and my mate did a quick 40-100 blast on a private road and my 182 with decat , remap and ktec exhaust was about 10 meters in front when we hit 100.

It is good mate, very noticeable improvement in power delivery, best mod I have done on my car. Answer to the original question though, the cold start pops on my car dissapeared after the remap so it must be to do with standard maps cold start procedure
