    you will need fitment iirc, as only Renault dealers can code them. I got stung for £174 with my ph2.

    Turning off the ignition should cut power to it, i believe. Odd that it stays on. An eletrical wiring issue i would suspect.

    it has a electronic throttle, no cable. This is causing the slight delay, as i think the signal from it goes to the ecu before the throttle body.

    under the scuttle panel on the left as you are looking into the engine bay, i believe.

    i think there is something called an Aircon-Bomb or something like that. You set it off in your car with the aircon running and get out while it gets to work.
