its deffo not a write off. Im more worried about it passing the MOT tbh, but seeing as there are not jagged edges and its only the bodywork thats damaged, not the chassis, im hoping its ok.
Now, heres a sticky situation,,......
my tax is due before the end of the month, and its likely that the car will be with the garage. do i declare it SORN? seeing as i cant tax it now, since the MOT will expire when the tax disc starts, and i wont beable to MOT it untill i get it back.

Do a search on here, its been mentioned a couple of times before.
It seems that for it to just stop working like that, the key may be at fault and a resync may fix it. Cheapest way to start looking for a solution anyway!
Try tracking and balancing. May not be related but, when i had a cv joint replaced on my old fiesta, ever since it vibrated at certain speeds. I found out that when they changed it, they let the driveshaft drop and not tie it up to keep it level. This caused it to damage the inner joint by the...
ok then. look on www.download.com to see if there are any freeware programs that will do what you need.
May be tricky though. Perhaps you will just have to bite the bullet and start organising them manually.
just list them in aphabetical order by clicking on the tab above the filename list (in details view) and then hold down ctrl while you left click on duplicates. When they are all selected, just press delete on your keyboard.
I think that would be the only option. But it would make your car a doddle to steal.
How would you get around the steering lock, since you need the key in the ignition barrel to de activate it?
