Thanks for the welcome everyone. The car's booked in with Pro Speed this week for a sport cat and new back box, plus a venom cold air induction kit. Styling-wise I have no fixed plans, possible some 16" wheels, but I'm undecided on that.

Due to a pending new job I need to replace the Devil decat on my mk1 172 with a sport cat. Can anyone recommend a company that does them. I need it fairly urgent so if anyone could text me a name/no. I'd much appreciate it. James 078100 22936

I've just bought my first Clio, badinvincible's Mk1 172, and I love it! Even if the decat exhaust deafened me after driving the 400 miles from Edinburgh to Birmingham. Dare I say that it takes me back to my 205 1.9 GTi days, the performance is great. The 172 even gave a guy in a Mitsubishi Evo...

Does anyone do these off the shelf, or would i have to strip out my own. If so, what is the best process to clean and paint them. Cheers in advance
