Nice mate, similar plans for mine. My colour coded side strips, door handles and bootlock went on today. Just need to find a good bodyshop to do my bumpers now. I'd also consider the interior if one came up at the right price.

Thats lucky about his documents then. I know what you mean. I don't get it when people hope it's not a write off. IMO I'd want it to be. Just wouldn't feel the same repaired. Also have the fun of getting a new car.

If it's so bad that its waking the neighbourhood up then I think you can bypass it by just locking with the key in the lock. Not certain but think so.

I've seen that one about mate, don't think he's on here. He was behind me at the lights at the bottom of peelhouse lane once, gave him a wave but nothing... :( lol There's also a flame red 172 about thats got a clisport sticker but don't think he comes on here much.

Ph2 an Ph1 are very similar, Ph1 does have arch liners so don't know what you mean there, the bumper certainly doesn't 'prise' off as far as I am aware.

If Giles see's this, could you confirm that I have the right thing and the right place to put it. If so can I just push it in from under the seat or do I have to take the plastic cover off by the handle to get into the back? If that has to come off, how does it come off, lol! Thanks.

Yeah I'm not too keen either, certainly not at that price, would be loads better if it was brushed aluminium rather than chrome.
