Most likly the wiring had it you need to realy do a proper job strip the lot down clean them all up and make a good protective cover for them all you've been bodging it for ages.
You have IMO Gaz are rubish.
Renault cars are low but also have full cages and a completly different suspension and driving requirments plus GAz dampaers well they don't damper there springs are way to hard and there design is IMO very poor.
No need for profeshional to set them up it can...
I used the nurbers as percentages not as raw figures hence why i said the diesel makes higher adverage power from a set rpm to double that rpm ie 2 to 4 k in a diesel and 3 to 6k or whatever in the petrol.
There few 200hp diesels to use particualy ones I can easly find on the net hence I just...
I think your thinking about some magazine which I ignore.
BenR on here knows good suspension being as he used to race cars etc and rate it hightly and has spent his own money on them on his cars and doens't sell the stuff.

Bilstein I believe yozzasport would be about the best H and R shop round john 2 modified supposed to be quite competitive I belive drop loony a message on here see where he recomends
Ohlins you'd have to get friendsly with a Clio rally teamor talk to Renault sport racing in france.
You need to use the ring paint I forget what its called and I think you need a bse cote and nee to give the calipers a good bit of wire brush loving to make sure there no rust on them which would fall as such after you've paointed them. Do a search I'm sure Middo or someone has given a guide.
For a pure track worked car bilstein are good personaly I'd accept the softer springs setup for the H and R or go to leda if you have the money which have advantages.
Stock end off is "best" on a budget otherwsie if you jusr want low springs will do it.
Benn having a look Ohlins do a setups but for rallying and its seriously expensive.
Nope.
I like some banter I asked a quickion was to what you meant about bike engines since they as far as I could see where irrelevent in a car discusion so asked if you were talking about the face I mentioned older cars couln't rev.
So you think we should compaire a 200hp bike engine with a diesel ? or are you saying the at that an engine which could rev but since the threads about cars well err what does bikes have to do with it?
Old car engines ie the RR silver shadow made 48hp at 1250rpm since were compairing modern...
GEt some harder springs made up and you can run even lower. BUt just remove the liners and understeal everwhere.
Don't forget it only starts catching on extreme strearing angles so easy option is not to use full lock.
And petrol never used to be able to rev so what your point?
Whats not fair an FSI 2.0T VAG engine quite modern engine infact very very modern the BMW 3.0 was the only diesel one I could find quickly and is infact a older generation unit.
WHy don't we compaire well simple realson most diesle are turbo most petrol arn't and if you actualy read this theread I gave the turbo petrol a fair review and used a very modern FFSi golf engine as the example.
Yes wieght and Hp matter but were discussing engine and a gold tdi weights the...
