Where the windscreen wipers are there the cover remove the covers and the unit got a load of wires to it on the drivers side do a search and a pick of the bit will come up. If you've done a engine swop etc you shouyld have chnage the whole fan unit.
Stock pads are more than enough no need for greenstuff or anyhting seriously stock setup was build for 150hp group N homogonilisation rallying and racing.

None UK spec cars often have it on both sides as standard UK cars only get it on the drivers side.

Ohlins supposed to be superb never had any experiance I didn't think they did any Clio stuff there other stuff does have a good reputation though.
Personaly if you don't use it on track and arn't making it a pure track car H and R would be better suited.
If you want a cheap second car don't get a hot hatch buy a 1.9 D CLio or 1.5 corsa diesel can pick them up undamaged for pennies I've seen ones with damaged bumpers for £150 as there write offs.
