Ive got the 2 wires, no plugs and no black rubbee casing stuff on them so its just the copper wire and the white plastic casing stuff. Sorry, ive not tried connecting any resistors. Is it a case of soldering a resistor onto the bare wire and thats it or what? Thanks for the info btw!

Anyone used to own SJ03 POU? iceberg 172

Last time i hosed mine down i ended up with alot of problems. Water in beside the spark plugs causing it to run on 3. Had to get some blue roll in a socket and dry it out. I wouldnt dare use alot of water again! Just some degreaser and a damp cloth

The guy on the phone said they work on standard cars. I.e cars with cats etc still on. So if you have an exhaust system with decat then im not sure how this can improve it? Because all its doing is releasing back pressure?

If the plugs have been cut off and its just the ribbon wire thats left, how do you connect a resistor? I cut mine off but i want the lights gone so if you could help me i'd be very greatful! Thanks (sorry for hijack)

Depends on the colour of the car really. On white you can see it but on darker colours i dont think its as noticable

Usually wash it at the weekend. Then give it a polish, and wax etc every couple of months. If its too dirty through the week i might spend a quid on a jetwash so im able to see out the back window :) Couldnt be arsed taking the wheels off every week etc unless i had an airgun

Im also going to do this! Usually after a shower i give the shower doors a rub with a squeegie thing. Might do it tonight actually!

If the ph1 is the same as the ph2 its not 2 torx for the airbag. Ph 2 just has clips holding it on so you just prize them off with a flathead screwdriver. Then unplug the wires and then as jesus says, size 50ish torx in the middle. Be carefull with your SAS though
