Looks a great trip, really makes me want to go back now. The ring is still the highlight for me, it is such a special place, the atmosphere there is so unique, full of petrol heads who actually drive the cars us normal folk dream of.

I'd agree with that, we have a Sony, Samsung and LG and the LG is hands down the best TV. Best features and picture quality. The only downside is the NETCAST won't be updated with new apps ever :( But that won't be an issue on a new set.

Get it retrimmed by royal steering wheels (google them), cheaper than the guys that do it on here and a top class service and product :)

You need the cruise loom from a 172 wheel (or just butcher yours?) and the loom from a 197 wheel (should come with it, I think it's in 2 parts) Once you have both it's just a case of soldering the 172 connector to the wires from the 197's loom, it was 2 years ago now but I remember it was...

Passed its MOT today :D I think I've decided to sell it though, the Trophy is a better car, and the extra I'd make keeping the cup simply isn't worth it to me.

It's also worth taking what you have apart and cleaning the connections up. That's what was wrong with mine.

The Millteks aren't that bad imo, mine is 2 years/10k miles old and is still sitting fine, hasn't ruined a mount and hasn't cracked! I like the Ktec ultra performance as an alternative or if you want a quiet system the Ktec/Janspeed silenced version looks good and has a lovely subtle tone to it.

That budget should fetch you the best cup on the market, or buy my higher mileage one for half the price when it goes up for sale next week ;)
