100% they're Avon ZZ3s. I had an EP3 with -2.5deg at the back, and ZZ3s - they looked just like that.

It's glass out, but that takes 5 seconds? A dab of grease on the bar inside the handle should do the trick too.

Wife's dynamique did this, and it was the hinges at the front. A nice dab of copper grease and away it went.
