It's all about the feel, it's plenty easy enough to reduce the noise (my work one with o-ring dampers is no noisier than a normal keyboard), but standard keyboards just feel like s**t when typing on them. And when I'm typing on one all day every day at work, I want it to be a bit nicer :smile...
Mechanical keyboards FTW.
Here's my work keyboard:
- A Ducky Shine 3 with Brown switches and O-Ring Dampeners.
At home I have:
* Poker 2 with Aluminium case and it will have the Toxic Keycap set. Red switches.
* Ducky Shine 3 Year of the Snake Ltd Edition (996 of 999) - Red Switches -...
As people have said - cambelt is the big one - it's a £500 job on it's own without the "dephaser" pulley which is probably worth changing at the same time.
Either budget and get it done at a specialist yourself (cheaper car), or get one already done, but I've noticed a load of people saying...
I'm jealous, something has come up and can no longer make it :(
Granted, I'd of only been able to make it from tomorrow anyway, but still. Cant make CSS either. FML
The GoPro has better colours, but I don't think that's enough to justify ~6x the price tag imo.
I have a 3 black, when that gets destroyed (its on my quad), I'll be getting a Xiaomi Yi and won't have any bad things to say about it imo.
Have a search on here for RSTuner - many threads - it's basically a tuning box you hook up to the ODB and flash the stock ECU - makes it idle better, run smoother and much more mid range torque - will cost around £100 if you buy a second hand box (you need to buy the map and unlock code from the...
Sadly I bet that bumper has as much chance of matching as a new spray job - even out the factory they came out different xD
I remember a few CS Saturdays back when we were at Gaydon there were 6 or so that parked up - all slightly different xD
yeah true, though it's not that far off a GoPro - I'm comfortable paying a lot less for near quality, though agree people need to start competing.
Xiaomi are actually HUGE, they do smartphones and all sorts, but are actually bringing out quadcopters/drones soon too.
I'd have the Xiaomi, again due to 1080p60fps - it makes such a difference.

They are fantastic for the money imo.
edit: only allowing 1 youtube link per post, really?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!
Yeah, they're very good for the money - a step up from the Mobius imo as they do 1080p60fps.
You can get them cheaper than that from the official retailers, I know BangGood stock them, not sure if they are official or not but pretty sure they're £10 or so cheaper.
Yeah some garages take the piss - they want your custom of the tyres themselves too, so charge a fortune in fitting to make up for it. I got charged £15/wheel and that was the cheapest in about 8 garages I rang around by me!
As Dave says, £10 or under per wheel is a decent price.
