Anyone experienced a knocking noise like I have before? I did a search on here but after reading through a good few threads I didn't really find any answers, most appeared to be suspension related.
Hi everyone,
Thought I'd start a thread for my recently purchased 182. Here she is the day I bought her.
Since I got it home I've spent about £600 on it. Firstly I had the oil and filter changed because I didn't know when it was last serviced. The last stamp was 3 years ago, but I'm lead to...
I'm off to Curborough next month for the day. Looking forward to it. I've been round it before but it was in a Nissan GTR on a track experience day. Will be a bit different in my 182!
Is it just a panel you have fitted or an induction kit? You probably won't notice much of a difference, I didn't with my 197 and ITG anyway, but it sounds a bit better and just generally felt a bit better.
They're a pain to get off. Leaves a really sticky residue, but I suppose there has to be something you can use that gets it off easier. How dark have you gone? I don't like black window tints, but a light tint on the rear looks good IMO.

I've got V12s all round on my 197, they are great for the money. They need warming up to be great in the dry, but are half decent from cold anyway. In the wet they are superb.
I was with Direct Line on my first car, a Mk1 Clio 1.2 5 years ago. It cost me £1400 third part fire and theft. I put my parents on as names drivers which bought the price down a lot. But price mainly depends on where you live unfortunately.
Recently they have been cracking down on 'fronting'...
Great tyres, I have a pair on my 197 and I really rate them. Better than the Continental that were on it as standard anyway. And as you say, much cheaper. Probably because Hankook are still astablishing themselves as a major player in the premium tyre market. They will become more expensive...
Hello there, some of you may know me from Clio197.net and a recent meet I organised through 197.net, that a few members off here also came to. I thought it would be a good idea for me to join cliosport.
I have an Ultra Red Clio 197 FF. I have had it a year and I love it. It is my third Clio...
