Re: iPhone Software 3.0 Discussion (New hardware Expected 9/6/2009)
No. He'd be personally beaton to death by Steve Jobs if he were to much as breathe a word about anything.
Only thing I know is that he's been in china for the past couple of months.
Re: iPhone Software 3.0 Discussion (New hardware Expected 9/6/2009)
I know somebody who knows.... Although even after the 3G was announced (and he came back over here for a holiday), he wasn't allowed to let anybody photograph or touch it though.
Re: iPhone Software 3.0 Discussion (New hardware Expected 9/6/2009)
Mine wouldn't activate without the new beta, I tried updating with the previous iTunes and the phone just came up with an error when rebooting in iTunes and just hung everytime I tried to start it, the pink "connect your...
HASP is the only third party copy protection software I'd use on software (if we didn't use our own dongle that is) as it's very good at what it does, there's a reason that high end software packages tend to stick to using HASP protection.
Given the feedback on that eBay user I'd suspect that if you'd won that auction you'd have won a big bag of nothingness.
I do however agree, the comtrend powerline adaptors are good (the ones that BT supply) and are generally gettable from eBay at around the 30 quid mark.
It's utterly useless without background applications though.
There's no issue with speed either, gps has an update rate of 1hz anyway, I think people have taken some random comment from some suit wearer at apple prior to the 3g release and have taken it to heart.
My thought is that it sounds like you're trolling.
Pay your money and take your choice, simple.
(btw, a mac mini would eat through what you've listed as requirements)
Re: iPhone Software 3.0 Discussion (New hardware Expected 9/6/2009)
Humn. Mine crashes approx 33% of the time when a text comes in...also if I have the conversation open and a text comes in then it doesn't appear, I have to exit the conversation and go back in. Nothing else seems unstable in...
The hitachi tv listed above your source would have to be either VGA or HDMI as it doesn't have any analogue inputs.
I have the 37" version of that tv and it's plugged directly into my Sky HD box, I was actually specifically looking for a good screen without tuner as I wouldn't use it.
Their servers are fairly slow, other than that I have no particular issues with them. There was a security issue a year or go when they messed up permissions too.
Re: iPhone Q&A DONT START ONE QUESTION IPHONE THREADS. **POST HERE**
Do o2 send cell tower information? Maybe that position might be used for that in v3 firmware?
I'm guessing it's the relay closest to the engine bay because I've just been out to the car and checked and it was pretty much all the way out! Pushed it back in, hopefully problem solved.
The missus will be getting a stern talking to about where she puts her feet in the future. :D
My 172 (Ph2) seems to be developing a fault, one of the relays is clicking every so often, if I go around a left hand bend then it goes mental, if I go over a bump then the relay clicks too and will cause all the dash lights to go off for a fraction of a second.
Could be a dodgy fuse, but...
You need to give them the serial number of the box so the can pair your card with it, just phone them and say you've been given a Sky+ box and they'll take the serial number from you and activate your card so the premium channels work again.
Cool. As TX is shorted on both 9 ways, if you need to transmit (i.e to program) you'd need to unplug one of them as both PC's will be driving the TX signal.
Alternatively you could not wire TX on the 9 ways but this would prevent you from using this cable as a programming cable.
If the...
