moms got a s**t slow laptop, its got like 98mb ram with a 1300mhz processor.
it runs stupidly slow.
im sure the procesor i can work with, but i really think it needs more ram.
how do i change ram in a laptop, where is it and does it basically look like desktop ram?
is there a limit i can...
exactly, the entire point of a big ass tv is that its.. well.. a big ass tv. if your gonna buy a bigger tv and "need" to go further and further away from it you might aswell just get a portable and sit with your nose on it.
just a quick question.
how far should you be sitting away from the...
i dont really get the anal thing about "you need to be 15 miles away from this tv to view it properly".
absolute b****cks imo, i have to sit close to tvs anyway as my eyes are s**t, all depends on how you like to view your tv, not what some book tells you where you need to sit
when we installed sky, we had a package which included the sports channels, but we found we didnt really watch em so we cancelled it, it was took off the bill months ago.
i tried em yesterday and all the sky sports channels worked?
none are on the bill.
are they free now or have sky slipped...
^as he says, polish the rest of your car.
you can throw some dirty water onto your strips or take it round a muddy field n give it a wash, they will "dull" down eventually.
it would not work full stop.
i tried it with different multiplyers and i got various results from double boot beeps, to BSOD to blue flashing screens to just loading into bios.
most manufacturers dont print the serial on the motherboard so download everest as james says, or go into bios and...
yup, i suppose youve got uac enabled too (which is shite)
click start/all programs/accessories/run
type in "msconfig"
click the tools tab and click disable UAC, launch
you'll have all the pop ups stopped then asking you to confirm crap.
nero works fine on my pc when i installed it a few...
why cant you get on with vista?
most problems with vista are user error or simply not knowing what they are doing.
first hurdle and people break down in tears flap their arms around and grab the inferior xp installation disc.
what motherboard do you have?
my old motherboard only supported upto amd xp 2800, so something to check before you go buying some 3gig beast and finding its not supported
im gonna have to start taking some geek pics of my mad mopping skills. the gaffers gonna be wondering wtf im doing though
n could be cause im tired, but that top pic looks metalic and the bottom pic high solid? wrong before n after pics? unless you mopped all the metallic away? lol
never really bothered with brands of paint, just get whatevers cheapest, all the same at the end of the day, some advertised and badged up prettier than others (hok)
yea, ive had a few on bonnets but its been where theyve left something under the bonnet and shut it down onto it.
i doubt a pdr would be able to get one of those out as you need to massage the back of the panel, massaging the paint is gonna damage it i reckon. he could try wrapping a panel...
hit them with a hammer hard, or hammer them with a socket extension or something, anything just to shock them.
snapped one of my wheel braces clean in half taking the wheels off my mates combi van, they was tightened way too tight
just the velcro heads.
im pretty sure when i tried another backing pad that the bolt was too small for it, so i just chopped down the plate and used velcro heads.
velcro heads are loads better/cheaper than solid heads with the hole for the thread to go into anyway.
yup, cut the plastic part, you'll see a ridge on it (or you should) i cut to that and then cut through the velcro part.
big mop heads are s**t, you cant get no pressure onto the panel and theyre useless for finer polishing too, like on bumpers and that. need a smaller more precise head
