Aslo read about the 200NM which the box is made to be able to handle.. So it's going to be dodgy... skip first gear with throttle and take it real easy putting the pedal down on the rest of the gears and it should hold out ?

c'mon, when the box is'nt letting him shift from second to third properly then there is clearly a problem. I know the boxes are known to be not all that but i drive mine in a "sporty" way and there's no problems..
