I'm going to have a spin in this, made an appointment.
Since the ITB's are sooo nice but soooo expensive, i'm really wondering if this will be any good
doubt its the dog bone mount as that is a powerflex one that i put on recently as well
---- i've read on here that when you're changing this one with the stiffer/harder powerflex one, it will put more stress on the other mounts. This is your problem i think
check this site ;

it's in German , sorry, but the pic/graphic will show you which mounts there are in total. Mind you these shown are Group N mounts so do'nt be frightened of the prices, the normal ones are less.
This Clio problem AAAAAARrrggghh !
As lots of you , i have the same but am learning to live with it haha.
Have you read the "sticky" ?
My mechanic is going to try something new with mine, He's going to attach a second mount to this gearbox-mount. I've read about this before...
I've spoken with Henk a couple of times.
He's NOT the kind of man who does'nt care and leave you with questions.
When he spends 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining, not selling, things to an expert like me :quiet: it says enough about how this man works and treats people.
Whenever i...
when uprating brakefluids, usually these "race"fluids are also pretty agressive in attracting moist/water and will need changing more. Can ruin your brakes if not looked after regularly
This was explained to me when i had a scooby (known for their s**t brakes btw) and was looking for upgrades...
it's most probable that your coolanttemp.sensor (i believe there's two?) needs replacing. Lot of Clio's suffer from this after a while.
Mind you, i'm no expert but i've been reading around alot on this forum haha
When purchasing these coilovers as standard, they don't come with the ability to adjust camber don't they ?
So will Camber-bolts be neccescary ? Maybe it's not because they may be fine without camber-adjustment ?
I noticed that K-tec for example sells them...
this would be for a 172cup.
I got one, fits nicely and hidden away. Gets a bit "boomy" after a while though. I chose the one with the silencer, glad i did because it would annoy the f**k out of you on the long run without one i think
I like it
Yeh true it's always nice to have some feedback on these things !
Jon (the Jezus) is a good example , has been driving his rocket with no problems known.
Nobody on here has the Huger setup and it's a bit too much money to try and see if it works
This one was just mentioned on our Dutch Clio site, they seemed to like it but nobody has experience with this one so.....
Is this any good you think or was this a bit of sarcasm Ralph ?
hmmmm...
been checking the GDI site. Also been checking for a second car, will cost me 500pounds. For the 3750 -ish they ask, will the car be totally correctly set up, no more tuning afterwards etc. ?
When i go on with this, will be driving to England to get the job done and then it's...
Jeeeeez for the money you can buy another Clio...
But i still want  , you do too do'nt you Blooor !?;)
Thinking of buying a Suzuki Alto for the drive to work and start hobbying the Clio.... will take a while to save up 7000 euro's (4500pounds) though
When the engine has done...
we're talking thousands of pounds here on mods, this GDI-package ? I especially like the fact that it wil be drivable for everyday use.
Loved the Youtube clip !
