What is this? (Pictures)

Discovered this connection today above the windscreen whilst re-sealing my sunroof.

The connection is with the rest of the loom going to the ECU presumably but nothing is connected to it. Is it for an alarm?

Nope, they are under the glovebox.

Although I wouldn't have thought they'd have wired all clios up since hardly any came with it.

Seems a strange place to put it as nothing else is up there bar the 2 lights.

I was going to drop you a message tomorrow and see if you knew, with you and jords sorting all your loom out I thought one of you might of wondered what it was a looked into it.

Had a thought actually. Its probably for an electric sunroof, as its the right direction for one. They were an option, thus meaning could be fitted easily after purchase etc.

More than likely this is the case.

edit: Heres a picture of the switch, the end of the loom looks the same size as the plug. The loom also looks the right length to go to the main light unit as well.
