Power to weight is what its all about.
My VTS has about 130 bhp, but per ton (ton = 1000kg) its got around 139, as it weighs 935kg.
Some people like to strip out all unneccessary stuff loike rear seats and spare wheel, a full tank of fuel weighs a lot.
If ye can lose say 50kg (which is a...
My VTS, the first half goes down really slow and the second half much faster.
The rate at which it is used doesnt seem linear.
Its as if the tank is \ / shaped with the gauge at the bottom.
Its no wonder I often get caught out by the reserve light.
On my old RT, it behaved the same...
Never seen the point of ICE....BOOM BOOM BOOM, groovy. £600-800? Id sooner spend it on making my car faster. I rarely even have the radio on.
Still, your cash :D
If they are scored then chances are the pads will be the same but in reverse if you like.

I took it to Kwikfit last year when they...

yep i agree, so long as its got alloys, doubt theyd notice/care, plus for the sake of slightly more attractive alloys they wont let the whole deal fall through. if they ask you about them, say you did say, but they didnt hear. they wont care though id say.
when i traded in my rt, they did ask...
do you not need to take cap off brake fluid reservoir when pushing the piston back in? id have thought if you dont then the piston will slide back slightly after you release and apply some pressure to the pads even when not braking?
Nice to hear the previous owner was a gent. Id have loved to have spoken to the previous and next owner of my old RT.
When I traded it in, I had a folder full of receipts, bills, servicing etc. Bet it was never handed on. Shame really coz it detailed the fact that virtually everything on the...
