Whats the deal with being allowed to drive without an MOT? it failed on a couple of minor things, rear brakes need loosening as it was stood for 2 months, and rack gaitor was split. Basically I aint got time to fix it myself, as iv got an exam wednesday and need to spend all day revising...

iv tried fekin everything an its still doing it! nxt week its goin to have the cams timed and fuelling sorted so hes gonna have a look as well. have you got a power boost valve on it??? i pretty sure thats whats causing mine!

same here, mines failed on little things but iv been out a few times in it! 330 for a rear plate light?

yeah disks, im gonna strip em and whathaveya! its prob due to being sat on teh drive for 2 months! although the detour back from the MOT garage was 2 hour long down some niiiiiiiiiiice country lanes! aiiight! god iv missed driving the valver!

will prob look a tad high mate. if i were ud id get some 30/40mm springs and drop the torsion bar to suit! wont cost much if u do it yourself!

Well the cars been stood for 2 months, and now iv got the box in took it for an MOT. Passed emissions WITHOUT the cat ;) but failed on: nearside rack gaitor split handbrake needs tightenin back of one disk is rusted so the pad must be stuck as i only fitted new disks and pads about 1000...

id like to know also! think i know but wanna know for sure thanks!

im pretty sure its speedo cable, although it only started happening when i changed the map sensor and ecu!! which is wierd! but at the moment with my idling problem its a help more than anything! but the cars being setup properly nxt friday so want it normal for then so its ok on the rollers!

after the cars warmed up and i rev it over 4k the idle stops at about 1500rpm. Been told its the speedo cable earth bu iv had a look and cant see owt. where is it exactly? the pic was taken when i had all the heater controls out etc. Cheers...

yeah im up for that matey! i live on the outskirts but town centre is about 15 mins drive from mine. as for mods its got a k&n and zorst ;)

yeah it was. although i had access to my mums RT beast! it was of the road 3 months when the engine was being rebuilt! nightmare! its booked in next fri to have the cams times, and the fuelling etc all setup, as its just been running as built when the cams went in etc. Should squeeze...

finally got the gearbox changed, after 2 months! still need an MOT but i forgot how much i loved to drive the car on teh way home! the long way home ;)

light tints willy spoiler pug 206 arial fits and is much shorter and only costs about £5 from pug dealers id leave the rest, looks mint as mate!!!

is it an RT? sell and get a valver :)
