    Gear stick!!

    Simple, you need the lower engine/gearbox mount (dogbone mount)replacing, I had this problem on my valver, replaced the mount and its sorted, peace of p*ss to change as well. Cheers, Simon

    What Chip

    Whats the best Chip to use if Im rebuilding an F7P lump for my valver? I know Hill Power and BBPerformance will do a chip to suit your mods, but as each engine is individual would I be better of with one set up on a RR like a Unichip to get best resaults? Cheers, Simon

    Cheers Tonys, have you got a sandwhich plate between the filter and block then? Im thinking about fitting a cooler and a remote filter head at the same time to make oil changes easier. Do you have to bleed the cooler like you do an the rad.? Cheers, Simon

    DeCat Pipe - Which One

    The popping is caused by unburnt feul igniting in the exhuast, normally the cat stops the fuel reaching the end of the exhasut so you dont hear it, but with a de-cat pipe you do.

    Does anyone know where you can get uprated internals fo the F7P? Forged pistons, stronger rods, crank, etc. gonna be running a 100bhp NOS shot soon, same as Nick, but I wanna go higher eventuly but the standard engine wont take it. What would I actualy need to uprate to get close to 300bhp...
