Yeah I got some the other day. They do look brighter and better. Easily can spot the difference. Came well packaged. Ordered Thursday at 10pm and came Saturday morning. Mentioned cliosport.net and got further 10% off too.
Who pays 3.5k for insurance? £300/month? More pride than sense, Id have drievn round in a sh*tbox for a few years, so what.
Elephant are good when you add a second driver it comes down a bit.
Saw one of these as a police car in Turkey during footage of security during Turkey v England. Strange little semi-172 style bumper vent under headlights.
Had all this on my RT, water pump and cam belt cost me £200, then head gasket and cam belt cost me £300 later on. Get them all done together and youre probably looking at £350-400.
As a tip, if you can afford it, get new valves too. One of mine was broken a bit and was causing misfire. Was...
Didnt Airwolf do that in one of the episodes, at least The Lady managed to get her engines started and pull up before crashing into the sea. Sadly I think a Clio wouldnt pull up, rather hurtle downwards. I wouldnt wanna be driving that express elevator to hell... lol
I should also say when I put it back on, I didnt push it on fully, there or there abouts but there was a little gap between the circular part and the dial to prevent if from sticking... so when I say snap it back on, ignore that part... carefully put it on!
Mine did this on me old RT, I fixed it and all was well.
To fix it all I did was remove the rev counter from the instrument display, I may have had to remove the plastic front (it was ages ago), I did regret removing the plastic as it looks dodgy if any future owners ever take it out to...
I flew past one yesterday doing 60 in a 40!! (Im responsible - dual carriageway and no need for 40)had to double back and to my relief (so far) I think it was tax checking as it had dvla tax on the side of the van. Can they do speed checking as well? Heres hoping not..
bubbles is right, garage said to me it was gonna be a day long job to take apart and refit. the matrix is about £40. if its a temp fix you want to clear windscreen, granted it looks s*** but you can by a demister that plugs into cig lighter off ebay for about £10
Quoting:
"Now dont think that this car is all show and no go. It was build from day one to be a serious street racer. In fact it blew through the quarter mile in only 20.11 Seconds at 66.8 MPH! It eats Mustangs and Camaros for breakfast. "
Say that again? 20.11 seconds? To be fair I thought...
mine was the lose wiring, the plug next to fan below wiper area was corroded, got a new one from scrappy for a fiver. Be sure to fix it properly and it all works as I put mine back together and a few days later stopped working, started over and it was ok just dodgy soldering!
do you mean someone on the rbt who is coming your way from the right or who is on the rbt going clearly the other way say from the left but also he could be going all the way round like in a u turn? as far as Im concerned I give way to anything on the right already on the rbt, then give way to...
I did this once with the speakers in my mams old RL Clio. I knew we were taking car in so I took out the shagged front speakers in hers and put them in the courtesy car and took theirs out and promptly put them in mine. They were new speakers from a brand new courtesy car, mine were old and...
no no, try this... its always when turning right, not left, loads have had this trouble, as I did. Get your car on a ramp and look under where the gearbox mount it next the the bend in the exhaust just before the cat (think its before), the way the engine swings slightly when cornering it rubs...
Mike, Id tell them you had to take the day off work and are really pissed off and want further discount to compensate you. Failing that, turn the place ower!
does it make a scrapy noise when trying to start? it could be the starter motor on the way out, id be surprised if it was anything to do with the ignition barrel. starter motor fitted costs about £120
different size alloys greatly effect the look and handling of your car. You should go for a minimum of 15 inch for looks and handling. The best looks are with 17s usually, but the best all round wheel in my opinion are 16s.
I had 15s on my RT and got 15s on my saxo VTS, theyre cheap and tyres...
