Welcome mate! One word of advice, if you're looking to ever buy coilovers for the 182, don't get one with the cup suspension. Ichihara to find coilovers for because they have a different bolt spacing which very few companies cater for.

It should be 58mm. But Renault have been known to put random parts on different cars.... The only way to know for sure is to measure it.

You must be the only person I've ever heard say that they prefer the handling on 16's. I find mine massively better on 15's.

If they've already been rebuilt by Godspeed, I'd go out and drive for a while. Use the brakes a bit, brake hard a few times, then let them cool and see if they're better. Not uncommon for brakes to bind a little bit once they've just been pit back together. Mine did.
