nothing wrong with trying new things (thats what my gay lover tells me anyway! )

totally off topic, but were you near the birchwood tennis centre last sunday? where asda and mcd's is?
saw an rb with white turinis, i was in my dads wrx sti on the roundabout, the rb was waiting to get on the roundabout
can someone confirm where this goes, or should i say how it is attached
some companies sell this with their short throw gear lever, i understand it attaches to the bottom of the lever under the car, am i right in thinking it just makes the lever under the car longer (meaning it points...
bit of a strange question lol but an easy one to answer :D
how do you select reverse on a 1*2? is it all the way right and back?
or is it like a mk1? all the way left and up? (the mk1 has a lift reverse mechanism aswell, does any mk2 have this?)

Re: My mk1 track car blog
cheers mate, yeh hopefully wont be long now til its terrorising yorkshire's roads
cheers bud, yeh ive heard that too but forgot when fitting them lol why is that anyway?
Re: My mk1 track car blog
right today i did some smaller jobs as the next door neighbour was away meaning i couldnt weld the new qtr on, and my sparky couldnt make it again :(
but this gave me a chance to tidy a few things up :D
first was fitting my new 4 point sabelt harnesses
then...
mine are 10.9 iirc cap bolts, only m6 though as thats the size the holes are drilled to on the subframe from omp, didnt really want to start drilling bigger holes but now not sure if i should have?
on another note the mk1's original fixings are only m6, so must be ok?
cheers edde
well the sabelt harnesses came with 7/16 unf bolts so im going to use them (didnt realise they came with bolts, thought i was going to have to buy them hence the question :o )
i got some load spreading washers and some nyloc nuts for the 2 that are being attached to the spare...
no offence meant but isnt it about time this thread was chopped back to just the important stuff? like someone did earlier in the thread?
i keep getting blagged, thinking ben has updated it, when its just him replying to some random banter :dapprove:
