I find it easier to not use Auto Focus on my D40, means another thing for me to control instead of the camera doing the work, it will take MF lenses too btw, so more choice to look at ;)

Mine does the same and Renault have quoted me £25 today to plug it into the diagnostic system for electronic failure before they even look at the switch. (out of warranty as it's a 02 plate) Even though I've told them EXACTLY whats wrong with it..

I have to depress the foot pedal at least half inch/possibly inch before the switch itself will activate the brake lamps, does anyone know how to adjust the brake switch itself to activate on touching the pedal as its an inconvenience braking at low speeds in...
