    Who knows. I thought the alarm sensors were the ultrasonics by the doors though? Ive never seen it illuminate so im gussing your right in thinking it's a sensor of some sort..

    What else is down the right end apart from ECU, Fusebox and Battery? All the sensors should be plugged in and i cant see it being coilpack related? I wonder if you sucked up some water?

    The hardest part would be to make sure that when you cut, you dont get any residual backgrounds along with it otherwise it will look tacky.

    Id use the hairdryer method and sit there for 10 mins or so..then use a credit card to get the plate off followed by a quick wash and clay.
