Leave it at home and stick to the Clio then. I get exactly the same treatment in my hubbys car, which is a 3.2 Beemer. I love to watch their faces sitting alongside me at traffic lights, as they think they are going to make a quick getaway. Then I see them fading in the distance through my...

Never GeordiePaul! When I park my car I always make sure that it is miles away from anyone elses car and on a very busy day, I leave my little Clio at home and take hubbys car - I still park it carefully though. He is threatening to get me an older car, like a 106 GTi or 205 GTi to run about...
Hot new Evo is even cheaper
Mitsubishi’s new fire-breathing Evo VIII will be up to £3000 cheaper than the model it replaces this March.
The latest version of the blisteringly fast saloon will start from £26,995 for the 276bhp model, £3000 less than the current entry-level Evo...
I soon got rid of my Contis too, after a scary slide one day, and that was going quite slowly, turning from our local high street into a side road. Toyos are much grippier with a pretty pattern on the tread too!

I know a couple of guys who do track marshalling at Knockhill and they say that they have yet to see a 172 on the track! They reckon that 172 drivers are cowards on a track, and spend all their time cleaning and admiring each others cars!
:o
I am naturally very chatty, and usually sit at my PC whilst watching TV, more so during the horrid dark nights. My postings should drop in the summer so that will give Funky a chance to catch up!!
;)
No, with all that pocket money I paid for my insurance on a Mini that my dad bought me for my first car. I loved it, better looking than todays monsters (BMW ones)!
I was brought up with cool cars as my dad always had shiny, sporty cars. I used to earn pocket money washing and polishing his cars!! A bad habit which is still with me, but I dont get paid now!

I put my original 172 wheels on the Raider I had a short while ago, which I still get to see most days as a friend now has it with a new K-Tec turbo and a 4" Scorpion exhaust is now on it.
Whose 172 (is it a Cup) is this?
It is in the Scottish News online picture gallery about flooding today.

My dad always says that the harder the wax is to put on and take off, the better a shine on your car. He would never put liquid cleaner on his car, always using wax in tins, and I tend to do the same.
