It costs a massive amount of money mate.... Hugely more than just buying at 1*2 in the first place. I'd only consider it if i was going to do the work myself, and that would be just for the fun of doing it.

There's loads of chavs that buy every 'hot hatch' that's at the cheaper end of the market. Round here the chavs seem to go for CTR's rather thatn Clio's though.... in fact, i see a lot of middle aged folk in RS cars round here. 'Goon' was also a great choice of word Revels :)

How much are the Cit / Pug ones? I can get a renault one for £10 from my local motor factors.....

I mean shocks.... tired shocks will make your ride crashy and unstable. Prolines give a better ride than standard springs. Who are your top mounts made by? I may be interested in p/x them for my standard ones? pm me :)

17's always rub.... I'm borrowing some for a couple of days until my new wheels arrive and they're shocking. Rub all over the place, the ride is s**t and it feels sluggish because they weigh about 5,000,000 kg each. The only way to stop the rubbing is to butcher your wheel arches.

I'd say around 30.... Perhaps 33/34 in the Clio if you drive it really nicely....

New standard shocks will probably make a lot of difference.

I want to replace the cup badge that's on the back of my car.... Is it a Renault only job or can I get one somewhere else? I've checked the 'bay.... No luck.

You'll have fun trying to get money out of the council.... I put a huge dent and a crack in one of my Brabus wheels last year, took me 6 months to claim money back from the council. got to the point where I had to email them the same complaint again and again to get someone to listen, 74 emails...

They'll drop a little more over time, i'm sure they're quoted 10-15mm drop but i may be wrong.

Rokkor coilovers mate, then you have the adjustability. If you don't like 60mm, you can go lower.
